It's been a while since I don't write an "Another Week Behind" post because of the NYC trip, but they're back! Monday was fun. We dressed up at work and I laughed until I cried! The rest of the week was a bit stressful because I'm in the middle of my thesis and some other stuff. My weekend agenda is full as well and I'm planning to go shopping to see if I can find:

While I wish to have seasons in my country (the whole year is summer @ the Caribbean), Teddi is jealous about the flowers in my backyard. Teddi's comment for [ this post ] made me realize that we are never happy with the weather from the country we live in.

After 21 years, I think I'm finally beginning to embrace where I live and the different seasons that come with it. As much as I love summer, it does tend to make me a little dull, because I don't do much with my free time except sit on the deck half naked and read books. In the other months, I can't spend all my time outside, so I actually have proactive hobbies. So I like getting the best of both worlds! I'm still jealous of your flowers, though.

That is so true that we always want what someone else has. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. Besides the winter months and the cold, I am thankful to have four seasons where I live. Loving the purse too!

ResponderBorrarI am honestly envious of the year round summer weather you have...just wait till you see pictures of snow and cold weather in Chicago not too far away. At first the snow is so pretty, white, and crisp. But after a while...it is unbearable cold and it turns brown :(
