My Letter To Santa

Christmas Wishlist 2014

1. Ray-Ban Aviator Mirror
On my wishlist since forever. NEED these!

2. Prada Candy Eau de Parfum
I know I'm getting this one for sure... Santa already bought it!

3. NARS Blush/Bronzer Duo
Blush duos are my new obsession.

4. New pair of flats
A chunky/neutral/everyday pair of flats.

Besides spending Christmas Day with my loved ones, being healthy and happy [which is the most important], there's always some other stuff that a fashion junkie will ask for. This is my third letter to Santa on Trend-ish [see this and this] and I gotta say he's being really good to me each year! Maybe I'm a good girl?

Dreaming of a True Autumn

Dreaming of a True Fall

I was born on winter: March 11. Only ten days away from the first day of spring. I live in a country where the whole year is summer. My favorite season of them all is fall
Ironic how none of these facts click!

In my opinion, the perfect weather is the high 60's. Why? Because it lets you play with different styles, layers and accessories. I adore oversized sweaters and using scarfs as the signature accessory. This look is a wish my heart makes because I could never wear this set on 86 degrees.

Enjoy autumn!

The $7.80 Jeans!

The $7.80 Jeans!

Have you heard about the $7.80 jeans from Forever 21? I have them all: royal blue, grey and navy blue. They are not the best quality jeans, but come on, three pairs of jeans for $23.40? I think that's a deal! They are comfortable, low-rise, dark and easy to combine

Let's face it, genuine jeans are not comfortable at all, since they are made of true denim material. They may look amazing (they really do), but they feel stiff and for the people who lives in cold weather, authentic jeans get reaaaally cold.

Today I'm sharing ideas on how to style and make these jeans look totally expensive. This is my very own/personal taste and, as you can see, I like to wear skinny jeans with oversized tops.

Which look is your favorite?

But first...

But first...

Hi fashion nation!

Today I'm sharing an outfit inspiration, where the main star is the Celfie shirt. I'm a big fan of graphic tees since they're so easy to style and can be a transitional piece, depending on the combination and accessories.

I bought mine on Etsy because the original one  wasn't available at the time. wore it on Saturday. I'm very disappointed because with one wash the brand faded away. Now I can style it with my pajama pants for a movie night at home. (Just trying to find something positive about the whole experience).

This combo was inspired in a day at work. A pencil floral skirt with black bag / shoes and a statement necklace makes the whole outfit look sophisticated without losing the fresh and vibrant summer vibe. You'll feel comfortable enough for a long day at work and maybe later you can hit an after work happy hour, with pink or red lips.

How would you style your graphic tee?

Teresa

Review: Current Make Up Favorites

Review: Current Make Up Favorites

Bloggers & readers! How are you?

Today I'm sharing my thoughts about what's in my make up bag. I decided to do this, since I feel so satisfied with my current products and I may help you discover some good stuff.

1. Lorac Blush Bronzer Duo
I wont change this one ever again. You can get the porcelain look with the pink side or the sun-kissed look with the bronzer side. If you mix them, you'll get a perfect/natural finish

2. Phytogenic Infinite Concealer Duo
I got this one at The Face Shop Store, during my last trip to N.Y. It has liquid foundation and concealer bar at the same time. I love it because it inwon't dry up that sensitive skin area, but will give you a very good coverage.

3. Volum' Express The Rocket
Voluminous & very long eyelashes. That's what you get from this one! Best one I've ever tried and mascara is the most important part of my make up kit.

4. E.L.F. Essential Eyeliner
Easy to apply, dries fast and soooo good for the cat-eye! One of my favorite things about this one is that you can make a thin line or a bold one. It all depends in the amount you apply. Oh, and it lasts all day! Oh, and it is not expensive at all.

5. Sephora Collection Cream Stain
I don't like to use lipstick and even less red. I've always preferred matte tones on my lips and this one is so intense and uniform that I can draw fuller lips and still look natural.

Would you give it a try to any of these?

Love,
Teresa

New York City Way

New York Visit 2013

This is the 4th year in a row in which I take some days to visit the enchanting streets of NYC. Every year I feel the urge to visit my second home, at least for a weekend, and that's exactly what I'll do next month!

I don't even feel like a tourist anymore, I feel like a resident that comes a goes (sadly). That's why my style for the cold weather in the city is very different from the one I used to wear four years ago... very different.

This is one of the outfits I'll be wearing, but I haven't decided if it'll look better at day or night.

What do you think?
