Summer Seeds

Hello, everybody!!!


So I wanted to try and make the Chia Seed Pudding, since I'm digging the cooking thing lately. 
The result was flawless!

What I love most about this recipe is that it requires just a few ingredients and you can make tons of versions, depending on the fruits and flavors you choose. 

You'll need:
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of chia seeds
a tablespoon of honey
green grapes or any other fruit



Mix it all together, cover with a lid, shake well and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.

After one hour, it will look something like this:

Shake it again and let it rest in the fridge for another four hours.

TA-DA!

You can enjoy it as breakfast, snack or even as dessert
It's perfect for summer because it is refreshing and good for your health
