Me encontraba buscando unos zapatos para comprar 'online' cuando vi un anuncio con los zapatos exactos que quería y que decía: "Get styled for free". Sin duda entré a ver de qué se trataba y me encontré con un examen para descubrir cuál es el sentido o estilo de moda que mejor me describe. Siempre me ha gustado esto de descubrir cosas que hablen de mí, para luego decir ¡WOW, tiene toda la razón! Así que combinar esto con la moda me hizo sentir en el paraíso.
Inmediatemente comencé a contestar cada una de las preguntas, las cuales hablaban de zapatos, carteras, marcas de maquillaje y ropa, estrellas con las cuales uno se identifica más, edad, tamaño de zapato y de vestido. Resulta que soy "Refinada/Culta/Clásica" y que los diseñadores compatibles conmigo son: Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein y Burberry, entre otros. También me deja saber que los colores que prefiero son marrón claro, crema, azul navy y gris. Y me dije: ¡WOW, tiene toda la razón!
Pero la cosa no termina ahí. Luego de tomar el examen, comienza el countdown de las horas que faltan para tener acceso exclusivo a la ropa que es compatible contigo y expertos te crean un "Showroom" repleto de artículos con tu estilo personalizado. NO tienes que elegir tamaño de zapatos ni ropa porque ya lo dejaste claro en el examen, así que en otras palabras tu ropa está ahí, lista para comprar. Sólo tienes que enamorarte y hacer click en Check Out sin romperte la cabeza ni hacer mucha búsqueda.
Corrí a contarle a varias chicas y algunas ya habían pasado por la experiencia. Escuché comentarios positivos como el mío y negativos también. Alguien me dijo que la página 'la pegó' con la descripción de su estilo, pero que la ropa y zapatos a los que le daban acceso, no necesariamente eran los que quería, porque su estilo varía mucho dependiendo de la ocasión. Puede que ella entonces prefiera tener todos los estilos disponibles en lugar de encajonarle sus opciones.
La página se llama ShoeDazzle (shoedazzle.com). Sé que muchos pensarán que me paso haciendo anuncios no pagados, pero lo que me gusta lo tengo que compartir para que las chicas Trend-ish. se enteren y puedan beneficiarse como yo. Creo que lo que es bueno de verdad merece pauta, ¿no? Además, luego me dí cuenta de que la página es bastante famosa, ya que ha sido reseñada por revistas como People, Cosmopolitan y Life and Style Weekly.

You don't have to select your size of shoes because you already did in the test, so your clothes and accessories are ready to be shopped. You just have to fall in love and click Check Out so you can pay for it.
I ran to tell the story to some girls and found out positive and negative comments about it. One of them says that the description of her style was correct, but there are other stuff she would like to have access to shop, because her style depends on the occasion. Maybe she prefers to look around and pick whatever she likes without having available only what is compatible with her results on the test.
The page is ShoeDazzle (shoedazzle.com). I know some people can think that I'm promoting this without being paid, but I feel like I have to share this with my Trend-ish girls. Later I found out that this page is kind of famous because well known magazines as People, Cosmopolitan y Life and Style Weekly have something to say about ShoeDazzle.
